Compliant — Quebec Law 25Rollad Media provides Weelo, an artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant (chatbot) service designed to be integrated into the websites of our partner clients. This assistant interacts directly with you via web chat to answer your questions, provide information, and guide you to relevant resources on the website where it is deployed.
The assistant may transmit certain information, including your messages, voluntarily provided contact information, and conversation history, to the systems of partner clients who have integrated Weelo into their website.

In these Terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to ROLLAD MEDIA INC, and "you" or "your" refers to the person accessing or using the Services. The terms "assistant", "virtual assistant", "Weelo", and "chatbot" are used interchangeably.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may access and use our Services for personal and informational purposes. When using our Services, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.
You agree not to misuse, reproduce, or attempt to extract the inner workings of the chatbot. In particular, you may not:
"Generated Information" means any content, message, response, or other information generated by Weelo in response to your interaction via the Services.
Certain features of Weelo may rely on third-party services that are subject to their own terms of use and for which we assume no responsibility.
Weelo is powered by artificial intelligence, an ever-evolving technology. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the usefulness of responses, we do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or relevance to your specific needs.

Weelo is deployed on the websites of our partner clients. By interacting with Weelo on a partner site, you acknowledge that certain information you provide may be transmitted to that partner client for the purpose of processing your request. Each partner client is responsible for managing the personal information it receives, in accordance with applicable laws.
ROLLAD MEDIA INC acts as a service provider on behalf of partner clients and processes personal information solely according to their instructions and for the purposes specified in these Terms.
While we strive to make Weelo available at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access to Weelo may be suspended or terminated without notice in the event of maintenance, technical issues, or updates. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services at any time.
You must have the legal capacity to use the Services responsibly. If you are under 14 years of age, you may not use the Services without the explicit permission of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 years of age.
Certain legal provisions, including those of Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, may limit or prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting any right or remedy to which you are entitled under applicable law.
We may update, suspend, or make changes to the Services from time to time. We may also revise these Terms. When we do, we will publish the updated version and indicate the date of the most recent update.
